PAYMENTS

All payments on our website are processed securely and are made using trusted payment service providers.

We accept payments by credit cards, debit cards, online banking and other offered payment methods.

The order is confirmed only after receipt of the full payment amount.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

As per the Consumer Rights Protection Law of Latvia, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without providing any reason. 

To exercise this right:

• Notification: Inform us of your decision by email at [email] within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Return: Send the goods back to us within 14 days of your withdrawal notification.

Please note:

• Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items are not in resalable condition

 

REFUNDS

Upon receiving the returned goods and verifying their condition, we will refund all payments received from you within 14 days. 

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

 

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
